ALL LEVELS WELCOME
My dance fitness classes are designed for mums to join with their babies / toddlers. We welcome all levels of fitness and cater for prams, carriers or babies on the ground / toddling around. Go at your own pace, set yourself goals and have fun with your gorgeous little ones.

*General advice is to wait until your six week postnatal check up before exercising.
FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT

We create a friendly and supportive environment where mums can bond with their babies and other mums while getting fit and having fun. You'll be guided through various moves and grooves to make sure you feel comfortable and confident.

Dancing is a great way to improve your physical and mental health. It can help you lose weight, tone your muscles, boost your energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance your mood. Plus, it's a fun and enjoyable activity for you and your baby. They might even enjoy it more than you do!

EXPERIENCED AND PASSIONATE

RACHEL PATTISON
Mum of twins and qualified dance and primary school teacher with ten years experience of working across all ages and stages: early years, KS1, KS2, secondary, and adults.
My two greatest passions are my family and dancing. I have always had a dream to run a dance class with my babies and now being a mum it’s been hard to find something I can take my twins along to. So I thought I would start something for all the other mums who feel the same, combining the two things I love most.
